WoodYou will need 4 boards. Two for the tops and two for the bottoms. The boards need to be the actual, finished length of your frame! Remember that they will completely overlap.

Checking the Saw - THIS IS WRONG !I am checking the saw, to see if the cut is in the middle. If you make make a cut, then flip it over make another cut, they should be in the same space. Not like this one!

GOOD!This is what we want. Make one cut, turn the wood over and the saw blade should go into the slot.

Start Here!Make sure that your saw blade is EXACTLY 90degrees to your saw table. Use a square. Notice how the blade of my saw is just in alignment with the edge of my square.

SquareMake sure you frame is square. Finish tightening the screws. Clamp it down while drying, if needed.
